[Resolved] Cromatica Zone, Bangalore — Poor Quality and delay in Service

Poor Quality and delay in Service We have placed an order for a kitchen from this company Cromatica Zone and paid advance as well. One Sardarji (Sikh person) came and taken the order and went off. When I called them later, they were not picking up the telephone. They have delayed the delivery of kitchen 3 weeks and my house warming has been postponed due to this immatured company people. I am totally disappointed with their poor service and delay in delivery. Still I am not aware of this company''s credentials. This same company is also known in as Ashirvad in net. I am not sure whether this company exists or not. Anyway I am going to file a legal case against this company for the mental strain, Losses & delay in delivery. My intention is that nobody else should be cheated, as I have faced here in this Bangalore city.

Updated by Nalini Rajsekar I am Mrs. Nalini, living in Bangalore. We have placed an order for a STEEL kitchen from this company Cromatica Zone and paid advance as well. One Sardarji (Sikh person) came and taken the order and went off. When I called them later, they were not picking up the telephone. They have delayed the delivery of kitchen 3 weeks and my house warming has been postponed due to this immatured company people. I am totally disappointed with their poor service and delay in delivery. Still I am not aware of this company''s credentials. This same company is also known in as Ashirvad in net. If this is genuine than kindly provide the contact, address details etc. I have given my all conatct and address details of comapany above. I Repeat we have not no client named Naline Rajshekhar to whom we have supplied any kitchen or taken order.This complaint is just done to tarnish the company image by our POOR FRUSTRATED competitor who do not have any orders. CROMATICA has growing day and night because it gets all order by reference from all of its fully satisfied customers.
