I subscribed for your service on wheel programme and booked service of my car white punto dl1cs-3568.
At the time of subscription it was told that i have to book two days in advance but when i tried to book i was offered 10days later slot and that too on working day.7th june time 11am.
As i did not had any option so i agreed the same but surprisingly no body came at 11. I called back at your call center and got response that mechanic can come at 3 pm only. Again there was not any option so i agreed. No body turned out at 3 pm also, after calling your call center i was told that mechanic can not come today as his car is breakdown.
I do not have any words about all this, my car was not working well so i sent it to fiat workshop for servicing. Please refund my money immediately as i do not have any trust on crossroad more.
