Dear CrossBeats Support team,

As per the subject line, The CrossBeats Shuffl Neckband Bluetooth Wireless from Amazon online site on 19th of May, i bought earphones and it was working well but it is troubling me since last 15 days. Auto disconnects every 10-15 minutes and gets the voice message of power off.

Also, despite both the earbuds being connected to each other, Bluetooth remains connected in the mobile, which was not the case earlier and because of this the power goes off every hour.

CrossBeats Shuffl Neckband Bluetooth Wireless Earphones The description says that it will give 72 hours of power backup but till now I have not got more than 24 hours of power backup, I have to charge it every 24 hours.

I Humble Request to you Please Replace this product and provide the Good Working Product showing in Description At the Earliest.
