Dabur — lack of response to the complaint registered

I am contacting Dabur customer care team for more than 10 months still no solution is provided to me it's related to the real fruit juice pomegranate flavour it had a bad smell and it's taste was bad too, I have been contacting them around 2-3 times a week they ignored me each time I called them, by telling me that they will contact me very soon but it has now been 10 months and still they are ignoring me.
