Service Not Being Provided by Daikin

Hi,

I bought a split ac 4 years back. It wasn't cooling so got service for gas refill done by Daikin. While doing gas refill, they found service valve was not working, so they replaced it and did not even return the faulty one.After service valve change Daikin found PCB was not working. So I asked for the mto put in a request to get new PCB. However, it has been 2 weeks and still new PCB has not been sent by Daikin.

Waiting for PCB part almost one month.

Such a horrible service from Daikin. From last 2 month my ac is not working. I am waiting for pcb part from last one month and pune service provider send me wrong pcb part after one month waiting. What kind of service you give to your customers. Such a shamefull company. Im going to file a complaint against Daikin in consumer court....

AC Not working since one month

I purchased AC in the year 2020.My AC is not cooling more than one month elapsed I book a service request no 25785548 on 13.3.22 which was attended by Sri Nath Tech Kanpur UP. They close the request with out resolveing the problem. When I raise the matter to higher official the service provider took my both unit for checking at workshop after three days they install the unit but problem is not resolve.
Please help me for resolving...

No answer about complain

My registered mobile number complaint is [protected], .i am from delhi..pitampura. I'm using Daikin AC, 1.5 ton almost four year, I'm booking complaint ac is not working, we try many calls to shefali enterprises..but no put up phone..after 4 days..service person come to my home and removing panel board and said problem is pcb..keep it him and said 2 or 3 days want to more to solve it... today is 5th day, still not responding what happened...

Pathetic service and no professional customer service

Service person not responding properly

after 4 years i request daikin service for cooling problem. Service person found its a pcb fault, but ac running still running. Pitched the Split AC in 2018. Suddenly the outdoor unit starts cutting out randomly. Daikin technician visited from M/s Cool Care and said the outdoor unit needs to be serviced and charged ₹1050. Split ac outdoor unit problem in two year.

With in 2 year the AC Outdoor Unit PCB was fault with the cost of 11k as per technician, he changed it but still outdoor unit is not working. It's been almost 15 days my ac is not working. First It shows F3 error in remote so technician guys said to me it's sensor problem and he changed it but again same issue happen so then he said it's pcb problem so then he changed pcb also then now he said it's leakage problem so he fill up gas but still...

Daikin Pathetic after-sales service.

I am having my worst ever experience with Daikin.

We purchased a Daikin AC on 3/Oct 2021 from Amazon.in and got it installed. Filed a service request on 30/Mar as the cooling is poor, under Ref 25994781. Their agent PP Ent called asking Rs650 visiting charge - and said the cost of gas will be further Rs3450. This was even without checking if any problem in unit. Forcebly charged money

Our split ac was not working so we called diakin service centre. The person who came to repair ac, he just had a look for less than a minute and said gas issue is there.he told us to pay rs550 just for having a look and doing nothing..he forced us to give money.we had no choice, we paid.tgis is wrong way to earn money.. why should we give our hard earned money for doing nothing? Have some fear of God atleast..give our money back..and stop...

Last they visited on 26th March 2022 & informed me that on Monday I. e, on 28th March 2022 they will pick up the ac units for repair ( in daikin workshop), today is 31st March 2022 still no one comes to pick up the airconditioner.
Totally unprofessional approach towards the customer. br...

FTKL 50 air Conditioner

I have purchased new air conditioner on 21 st Feb 2021 from Nagpur authorized dealer. It stops functioning on 22nd March 2022. I have submitted online complaint on 26 th March. A person from the company inspected it and diagnosed it with the failure of Out door PCB . Since it is 30 days more than a year he demanded Rs, 8000 for its replacement. I have not seen PCB failure of any co. in such a short interval of time. It was a faulty piece....

AC not working after installing

I have purchased AC by 21st March 2022 and installing date is 26th March 2022. After 1 day of installation AC does not working properly. Maybe any issue occurred by AC installation or else.

PCB problem

I agree with the other consumer complaints regarding Daikin inverter AC. I HAVE CHANGED THE PCB twice original from Daikin spare parts again the PCB is not working.
The company should give some permanent solution to this common problem.The PCB itself costs Rs.7000.
Have a PCB repair option at a cheaper cost for the sake of their customers as it is their technical defect.As they dont want to recall the Ac's like cars.

Worst Service experience

I have raised a service request and the engineer from M S Air Con has visited and informed that PCB needs to be replaced. It's been 2 weeks now, and always been quoted that it's out of stock and not sure by when they would be getting it. It's peak summer and I have an infant. Need some immediate assistance. Customer service is useless as they are just redirecting the request to dealer. It's just moving in circlee....
