We would like to inform you that I have raised a complaint with Daikin India to rectify my AC (service ticket number[protected]. Service engineer visited and, after checking my AC, wrote down one service report without explaining anything to us and took Rs. 590/- for visiting charges. After repeatedly asking, he told the Daikin head office team to update us and the AC have isuue with PCB board.
We have been calling them since then to understand how the AC will be rectified, but have received no response from the service team, which also shows the service ticket has been closed. We want to file an official complaint against the service engineer (Mr. MD Jahangiri), who has taken money from us without any resolution.
In this situation, we want to understand what the procedure is to rectify my AC and request that the management team take appropriate action against such irresponsible staff for destroying such a renowned company's reputation.
It's very painful for a customer to be confronted with such unprofessional behavior. When we have paid your service engineer, it's his common duty to update the customer about the next course of action to repair the AC. Was this information helpful? |
I, too, am facing a PCB issue within one year of purchase and no one has any clue since two weeks about the whereabouts of the PCB to be delivered. The worst part is they don't even keep the customer in loop, the customer has to run around and fetch information and the make sense of the situation
Never buy Diakin! Never!!
