Dainik Jagran Delhi — regarding phone call

Today one of your employee tried to threat me on phone. I want to ask that persons working in press are superior to other people or rules are different for them from other public or they can do anything because they can spread anything about anyone through media. Are we living in a country having democracy. If people sitting at higher post in daikin jagran want to take any action I can provide more information
