Dear Sir/Madam
I had placed an order for Datawind Tablet on 9th January, 2017, through Naaptol. The order details are given as below:

Total cost = (1999+ Shipping 299) Rs. 2298/-
I received the same on 18th January, 2017, but after unpacking the parcel, I found too many scratches on the screen of the tablet. It seems to be a used device.
I have been trying to call on the customer care numbers[protected],[protected] for the last two days, but they don’t pick up the phone. However, the number given for placing an order is always picked, instantly (It can be verified).
Moreover, they charged a very high shipment cost of Rs 299/-. The shipment cost does not matter if the item is delivered well in time. But, it was delivered after 9 days (from Amritsar to Shimla), using Delhivery courier service. The parcel had reached Shimla Delhivery courier service on 13th January, 2016. But, the concerned branch uploaded fake information on the web site that the parcel could not be delivered due to non availability of the receiver. The shipment details can be tracked on the web site of Delhivery (AWB NO:[protected].
Therefore I request you to return the item and get my refund of Rs 2298/-. Also send me the address for return purpose.
