I purchased a mobile phone (Lenovo k6 power) from dawar international electronics on 19 jun 17. Price was rs 10, 500/-. I gave my sbi debit card to the sale boy for payment. He swiped my card and asked for pin. I entered the pin. I got sms from sbi bank that transaction has been successful. But, the sale boy told me that they hadn't received payment. I showed him the transaction message in my mobile. He then asked me for the sbi card again. I did the same as he confirmed me that if they had received the earlier payment, they would return it to my account. After two days, i checked my online banking. I found that dawar received the payment twice. I talked to dawar on 21, 22, 23, 25 jun. But, they told that they have not received any extra payment. Then, i lodge complaint in sbi. But, sbi has shown me that dawar has taken the money twice.. I have the my bank statement also.
Dawar, please return my money rs 10, 500/- at the earliest... Otherwise, i will take another measure. Was this information helpful? |
