I regret to inform you that I am really disappointed by your service and commitments. I have requested to cancel my booking on 14/06/2017 and have been promised that I shall get my refund of Rs 20750 within 15-20 days however it has been 23 days and it seems like your people have no idea when I am going to get my money back. I have called your sales executive and the answer which I have got is "sir don't worry just think that your money is with the bank" are you guys kidding or what is this the way you treat your customer?
