[Resolved]  Deal At Once — icici credit card

On Sep 08, 14 I have a call from a lady saying that she is from icici bank and my credit card points were got expired and she will make arrangements that I can able to redeem that points by purchasing some products for which I need not pay anything, instead they transfer the reward points. later stage when I checked up with bank I came to know i got cheated. Bank requested to register a complaint ...without bank concern how can they raise a OTP and debit the amount to our card, both were involved in this fraud
