I have registered for deccan chronicle daily news paper(6 months period) in the last year. But I did not get paper regularly. I had given complaint to the office but it was the same. Days passed by and forgot about the paper. Later we moved to another area but in the same city(Visakhapatnam). Then a lady has come from the deccan chronicle for their registration and I paid her money on 31/1/2016 and she said that paper will be coming from[protected]. But I did not receive news paper from them on[protected]. I called them and said that I did not receive news paper. They said that they will be sending from tomorrow. But till today[protected] I did not get any news paper. When I was calling them they are rejecting my calls and saying me to call later because they were busy it seems. I don't know why these people don't show such interest in delivering the news paper as they showed in registrating the customers. I need justice, why they should take my money and not giving any thing in return. Why should I give them money last time and now too. I request you to solve this problem as soon as possible.
