My mother consulted doctor arun over the phone in deeksha hospital for her back pain and he recommended to get an injection done for the same he asked my mother to visit the hospital on november 9th, 2017 at 8.30 am and he visited hospital by 12 pm where she was waiting for his arrival for hours. At her visit to the hospital instead of getting the injection done he assumed she should undergo operation directly. He did not ask her to get a scan or mri done and he directly swiped rs 200000 thinking he will do an operation to her by afternoon.
By evening after swiping the amount of rs 200000 he recommended her to go for mri scan and later he consulted another experience doctor and that doctor mentioned she does not need an operation and she can just go with an injection. Which arun charged rs 14000 for that injection on her back and charged me another rs 40022 which includes his hospital room charges + injection charges (His hospital is very very very dirty and not hygiene at all for what he charged us).
Now comes the story of rs 200000, when i went and asked for this money they gave me a # excuse saying i have to go and ask my bank to get this reversed where the money is already in their account. After a lot of struggle deeksha hospital gave me a letter saying this transaction can be voided and return the customer's money back. While i spoke with my bank they said they would not be able to get that money back as it is in merchant account already. So i had to raise the dispute by submitting the letter provided by the hospital to the bank. This dispute was going too long and did not happen anytime sooner so we had to call the hospital and deposit the cash in the account. Deeksha hospital deposited money rs 197000 to my account saying the difference 3000 rs is the transaction fee and he will not return my money which is totally fraud and not acceptable eating customers money like this.
While this was going on i won the dispute also from the bank and they got my full amount of rs 200000 to my credit card back. Now hospital calls me asking i need to return their money rs 200000, i told them well i do not see the credit yet in my credit card statement and i need 5 days time to give the money rs 197000 which they credited me to my account., after 5 days i made sure to transfer that money rs 197000 back to hospital. Now deeksha hospital took the leverage of the cash deposit slip in the bank of rs 197000 and submitted to my bank within these 5 days and my bank without even asking my permission they credited the full amount back to this fraud merchant and i lost all my money.
The actual story starts here when i asked him for my money he asked me to wait for 15 days and he blocked my number. He is not answering anyone's call and my money is stuck with him now. When my mother called from an unknown number and she demanded the money he is harassing my mother a woman saying i am local here and no one can do anything to me. A doctor is talking like a goon to a woman for the money stuck with him.
Now its been 3 months money is stuck with him and he had not responded at all. I fought with my bank for 3 months with a dispute again and at last, i got my money back today. He is such an irresponsive doctor and fraud and a cheater and a harasser. Please take an action against such illtreating doctors who are supposed to save lives but they talk like goons.
