Sir, i have a complaint regarding audiologist department (Dr. Krupa avinash sankhe) deen dayal upadhyay hospital. My mother, saroj visited 3 times dduh for hearing loss and ear pain treatment. Two times doctor checked and advised to come next week, but last times on dt.[protected] doctor told her that you have hearing problem and our machines not working, and you should go out any private hospital for your treatment, ward girl also said that don't come here again.. Go to the other hospital's.
It's the bad aspect of our government hospitals, how can any doctor suggest anyone's to go to the private hospital for their treatment. They also delay in a treatment process intentionally. They should be punished...

Its very easy option of raising a complaint without understanding logistics.. How can a test be done in a hospital if govt has failed to provide it/not repaired the machine necessary to do the tests, blame the govt, not the dr, he/she is a employee there, they cant buy /replace/repair the machines from their pockets..and any govt dr advise the patients to go to higher centres, which means aiims, rml/centres which has those facilities..
