Description of the incident:

'DeetaSys.in', this website claimed to offer 'work from home' government jobs on behalf of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), India. the website used MCA's logo and even claimed to have an authorized registeration ID number of the same.

The job offered was of typing the content sent by them in pdf format through email, manually in the Microsoft Word format. Various schemes for the same job were available for Rs. 8, 000, Rs.12, 000 and Rs.16, 000. Depending upon what scheme we select from these three, the respective amount of money had to be paid to them by us through PayUmoney as a deposit in the beginning. This deposit was assured to be returned to us at the end of the contract. Also, it was said that MCA has given them this contract till 2022; thus, our job was guaranteed till August, 2022. Though, the liberty of terminating job at any time in between according to our wish was given, in which case the deposit was said to be refunded immediately.

So, I deposited Rs. 12, 000 through PayUmoney to Mr. Gautam Kumar on 31st of August, 2015. After payment i received two files through email as my job. Also, it was said that the job is flexible in nature, means our typed documents can be sent according to our convenience till 2022, and payment will be done accordingly after scrutinizing our job.

At present the site is unavailable, as it shows 404 error; and Mr. Gautam Kumar's phone is out of order.

Desirable resolution of my complaint: Request for return of my Rs.12, 000
