I placed below a Copy of the mail sent to www.Dejavutrends.com through their website by replying its mail dated 02.04.14 and spoken by the officials of déjà-vu-trends on 02.04.14 at 08.38am by his mobile No [protected] to my mobile no [protected] for your kind perusal:

Do you understand the meaning of " Patience & Coperation"? In each & every mail you have noted the word 'Patience & Coperation'. I am waiting more than 50 days for refund of Rs1272 from your store. You did not care about it but mailed me & noted about "patience & coperate".
I have attended a call from you today on 02.04.14 at 8.38 am from your mobile No [protected] in which you have spoken in Hindi. While I have not known Hindi, I requested you to speak in English. You have told that you are not known English as well. At that time, I have told you that you should refund a sum of Rs1272/ (towards the purchase of Micro SD Card 16 GB in your store on 11.02.14) along with Interest immediately. But you have cut the phone line immediately. If you will not refund the said amount of Rs1272/ with Interest, You should be punished severely by consumer complaints.in and the cyber crime department & they shut your online store immediately besides strong action will be taken by them against you. Please understand the situation & refund the amount immediately. I enclose a statement received from my icici bank in which the amount Rs1272/ has been debited in my account on 11.02.14.

In this connection I wish to point out that the said website Deja-vu Trends has sent an email on 02.04.14 in which they stated as follows:This is for your kind information & necessary action
"Dear Sir,
Good Morning,
I would like to inform that your order no.[protected] is put on hold as concern department is working on the same process for cancellation, as per your requirement for refund in the above conversation and it mainly takes minimum 10 - 15 working days.
So, kindly have patience and co operate with us...
