Delhi Technological University — Campus wifi not working

I am student of dtu and a hosteler as well. the dtu wifi service is so bad. for like 2 weeks wifi was not avaible to us. we have to study from various online platforms and even the mobile data inside hostel doesn't work most of the time. please look into this matter ASAP.
