Hi,
on 22 Apr 2022 the delivery guy called me for delivery. I inform him that no one is available at home please deliver us tomorrow.
on 23 Apr 2022 when I called him he was saying we will not deliver me today and wait for another next 3 to 4 days for delivery.
Now when I am checking the status it is showing delivered.

I complained to the customer support email and they informed me they will share with me the signature of the recipient. "we are arranging the Proof of Delivery copy that has a signature of the recipient and you will receive the same within 48 hours on your email."
Days passed still no response from the customer executive team.
You wont believe i have complete 1 bhk room item in the shipment and that shipment they are not able to track. Was this information helpful? |
