Am receiving delivery msg s for
3 days but not received product yet..they nnever contact me reshedulled wiithout my knowledge
Contacted office improper response in kallakurichi office...

Respected Sir / Madam,

Delhivery courier service is accepting the courier order from central office delhi or so and they take full payment at the they tell customer which is myself that we dont deliver at your address as it comes under shimla rural not urban . This is every time harassing even in corona time they never delivered to address as it was voilation of Law order .
They say we can not do anything in the case...

This is regarding one of my shipments, Tracking ID [protected]. I see status as "Delivered" on the website but the fact is, one of the boxes never delivered to me. Approx weight is 45-50kg.

Expected delivery date has already been crossed. None of your agents is answering the call. Please look into the issue at earliest.

I have ordered a product via Reliance Digital which is being delivered by Delhivery. It has taken them to 3 days to cover a distance which in reality takes less than 1 hour. The product has gone from Point A to Point B and back to A. I have been getting notifications of delivery being rescheduled even though I have not personally done anything in this regard. I have raised multiple complaints on their request, but I have not received any...

I have ordered 3 products but the products never reached to me. They were showing delivered till 3 days. They never contacted me unless i call them back. They never asked me if i wanted that orders or not but returned the order by their wish. So disappointed in the services of Delhivery....

A consignment was booked via online thru Delhivery Deivery services on 09/10/2021. The package was picked up from my home on 10/10/2021. It's not delivered yet . Every time I enquire about the shipment they say they will deliver next day. But they are not delivering the package every day.

It’s been more than 6month I didn’t get my bags. My friend sent my 5bags from Jalandhar to Asansol through Delhivery courier service.I got my 3bags within one month but rest of 2bags are still pending. I sent mails and messages to the company but they are not responding on it ....

Hi have purchased some books and it is shipped through Delhivery on 4th October. Till now it is not delivered. TRACKING ID:[protected]. There is no customer care numbers. the only way is to communicate with them is by mail. But they did not reply properly or do not reply at all, as we are simply negligible to them. It was supposed to be a home delivery, but I received a text from delhivery that the package with awb:[protected] was available for SELF PICKUP at a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ADDRESS!!
