I bought some perishable items which were sent via Delhivery (Sept 21-22) and the package has been in transit since days. The package shows no progress on tracking and the last update was on 24th September (Tracking Number[protected]. I have emailed (customer.[protected]@delhivery.com) them and requested to expedite this matter and was asked to wait, with no further contact from them or explanation nor delivery.
The said courier was to reach me latest by September 27th, the delivery date is changed to the next day every single day since then. The customer service numbers are unreachable as my call does not connect through. I have no recourse except seeking help here.
Please help me get my package asap.
