I sent consumables to my brother to his college. I sent items worth 800 on 14th may 2022 from Noida, Uttar Pradesh to Mandi, Himachal Pradesh he received the package on 18th may 2022 but items inside it worth 400 were missing. It's horrible service not expected from a so called 'reliable courier service" at all. There is no customer care number on which I can call to raise this issue. I have raised the issue in the official site and email but haven't got any response. I need a response from someone from the concerned department soon. I don't want to physically visit delhivery's office for this matter kindly contact me or reply to this thread. Also it's highly unprofessional and unsanitary that the package which I had sealed from tape packed with care was tampered and items were taken out and then sealed again.
