Delhivery — Didn't receive my order in time

Though my order is in the delivery store they didn't delivery me. Still past two days i am waiting for my order.
The executive also spoke with and his way of speaking is very rude.
I wanted you to take serious action the executive and please maintain so responsible employees.
I don't understand what your service is for?
I am also giving his number so that at least he will be aware and shameful for his act.

Ph no of the executive [protected]. He spoke with and kept his phone i switched off mode. This is the behavior of Delhivery employees.
