My Consignment did not reach me on the date of delivery. Instead, the date was changed to 25th Oct 2022. Then again on 25th evening, it was changed to 26th. Until this point, the status was IN transit, even though it reached Chennai. I am waiting from today morning, but did not receive my Parcel. All the courier customer care numbers are not working, the local phone number, the head office number, and the toll free number are out of service. Looks like deliberately the courier service has disconnected their numbers.
