Delhivery — My PACKAGE is missing in audit

My package with AWB number[protected] was picked from Delhi on October 19th and it was supposed to be delivered on 24th to Patna. My package has not reached me and there is no detail available on tracking. Tried reaching out to the company never heard back from them. They are not even giving me the current location of my shipment. Please give me the current location of my shipment I will go there and pick it up.
