Dear Anurag,
Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Please be informed that we will not be able to compensate for this damage as it occurred due to inadequate packing and product movement inside the box.
Such items should be packed in a hard hard EPS thermocol/carton box that provides rigid support from outside and the gaps filled with sponge and cushion material. Also, use five or six-ply bubble wrap from outside the packing. We have also mentioned the packing instructions on our website.

How is this a solution, I have following points-
1) why pick up did not validate the packing
2)how can you break the whole box while delivery and add every burden on customer
3) if you can not take responsibility of safe delivery why there is plan named as protect and i have to pay extra 300rs for the same.
4) you damaged to whole product, now what is point of sending a product that too in original box of product with original packing.
I need compensation for the same, this is hard earn money and you can not get away with it by making some excuse.
