Delhivery — Product picked up but showing cancel Tracking ID[protected]

I returned a Havells koolaire i cooler on 11 Apr 2023. But Delhivery.com is showing as cancelled. Tracking ID[protected]. Its a return item for Amazon. Its been 13 days I am struggling to get my amount returned. I have filed a complaint 60030386 at Delhivery.com but I haven't received any reply. Person who picked the product is
contact no [protected].
Pls help to get my product tracked and update me. Amazon order id is[protected].
