I have ordered one Mobile phone on Amazon and the sent mobile phone is different so I replaced and the Delhivery boy has picked up the parcel but he misplaced it and sent to another address with another tracking ID. And they are telling please ask Amazon customer service for further information.

Updated by Dilip Kumar B N When I contacted your representative they told me that your parcel has been delivered to the wrong address with the wrong tracking ID and the image is attached for your reference, and they didn't give any acknowledgment slip when the returned product has been picked up. And amazon customer care representative is asking for the receipt, Kindly resolve the issue by contacting amazon and clear to them that the item has been picked up.
