By mistake I happened to book a shipment with you on 22nd May which
was supposed to be delivered on 27th May but thankfully after
following so much with your uncooperative and arrogant staff I got it
delivered on 15th June that too in a very ugly state. All the boxes are damaged, sanitizer bottles leaked and material was not in salable condition.
When I asked them at the time of delivery they said we will get a call from claims department but no one called. When we wrote an email to them their response was over packing was not proper.
If our packing was not good then how can they accept the package at the first place?
We get the material regularly from vxpress but never damaged but when booked through delhivery they damaged. I guess that's the reason why they didn't delivery it on time. Please help me in getting the value of my damaged goods.
