I am a registered seller at an e-commerce market place fashnear technologies pvt ltd (A. K. A meesho mobile app)
(Supplier. [protected]@meesho.com is their seller portal, where i am registered as a supplier. My trade registration is by the name : pubglive smartphone zone)
As part of the business, i am charged by courier companies through meesho for delivering the parcel. If the customer refuses to accept any parcel, its the responsibility of these companies now to return me the parcel, (They call it rtos).
Meesho has informed me, if they send fake orders from their portal, that is customer refuses to accept an order, but i had to despatch it as meesho send me the order.in that case they will return me the product in tact condition, without any additional cost.
If however, a customer accepts the product and for any reason they want to return it, even if its not my fault (That is represented in meesho portal according to order id). For any kind of customer return meesho charges me an exaggerated amount with the promise that they will deliver me my original parcel in intact condition though their courier channel, delhivery here for example.
Even so, delhivery is taking the money for the return. But then, they are stealing my products and providing me fake items in return.
I am sharing couple of evidences as video links, that i have recorded on camera, here you can see how brazenly they ship wrong product, and mis-behaves and gets aggressive when i try to open the sealed parcel right in front of them on camera, to find some used garbage product inside, instead of the actual one that is printed on the shipping label.

After the incedent on 2nd june 2020, recorded on video link 1, delhivery has threatened me that they will not return my other parcels rtos and customer returns, and that neither will they provide compensation for the fake return exposed on camera. Instead they will take away my other products even.
They are saying me 'do what you can' and abusing me when i called them. This is giving me metal trauma, as lot of my hard eared money is stuck with them. Also you can see, in video recorded on 2nd june, how courier boy aggressively entered my premises without properly putting the mast to stop me from recording their fraud. Disregarding all social networking norms. This is real torture.
Till date, delhivery and meesho, held up close to 70 parcels of mine, which they are not returning. Even though, the parcel is in my city according to their portal. But they are not coming for delivering.
I have sent lot of emails to [protected]@meesho.com regarding this who doesn't give clear response, and delhivery support portal doesnt respond at all.
Please help, as i am a small seller, with limited money to run my business. And these companies are stealing away my hard earned money.
