I had a product to be delivered on 2nd of aug. The awb number of the same is[protected]. But no delivery agent contacted me on that day neither visited my home address to deliver the package.
Now when i checked the status on delhivery, it is showing that "the order is cancelled by the customer".
Proper verification should be take place and action on whosoever involved in providing such fake/wrong information. Due to such bad service customers has to go with unnecessary tension and harassment.
