My name is nishant sethi, existing customer of den broadband with registered mobile number [protected]. The customer care team disconnects the internet everyday for a fixed interval of 10 hours (9pm to 7am) everyday.
I am facing the problem for the 4th day now. They are charging the full amount as per the internet plan, but not providing the satisfactory services. I have raised the issue to customer care team and nodal officer, but not received any reply from them.
Kindly take satisfactory action.
