Hi,
I have recharge my den broadband connection on 18th june . But for last 4 weeks my connection has technical issue. And whenever i call they say its in your whole area and we are trying to resolve but when i ask for the contact information of the person handling this issue. They denied providing the same.
I have recharged for 6 months and 1 month has gone in this issue and they are not even providing me an extension of a month nor they are resolving my issue.
Because of this my office work is getting hampered .
