Subject :- complaint about irresponsibility of employees
Dear respected sir,
I am a client of your bank for the past 3 years and hold a current number[protected] & family member saving account in your dena bank ugamedi id 0440 branch. I regret to inform you that we have cash deposited daily bases 3 to 7 lakh and after we can pay payment by rtgs but casher is not accept the cash and he told us waiting for 2 hrs daily outside of bank, i think you are understand its very big cash and we are not safe standing with cash,
And apart from this, the behaviour of the bank employees is so uncanny, rude and harsh that one could easily get frustrated with it. I always fails to get any satisfactory answer by introducing my problems to them. Thus i want to request you to kindly look into this matter and help me
I will be highly grateful if any early action is taken from your side as these kind of irresponsible behaviour and negligence needs to be sort out quickly.
