I was facing some issues with respect to Dena Bank Internet Banking and decided to call up their customer care number [protected]. I was shocked to know that the estimated wait time to talk to representative was over 25 minutes!!
So I sent mails to their specified email id [protected]@denabank.co.in. Till date no one has responded to my mails! It appears that Dena bank is not interested to reply to customer mails sent on this email id.
More over I have a consistent observation that whenever I initiate NEFT fund transfer from my Dena Bank online after 4 PM, the process simply fails after two days. No one know the exact reason. This has been going on for last 4 -5 months.
