I had placed an order online with deobazaar.com on 12 march 2020 for 2 items, one deodorant and one perfume (Both davidoff brand) and made online payment through their payment sight powered by razorpay. This was duly acknowledged by them with the advice that the products will be delivered between 16 and 18 march 2020. Though more than 2 months have passed i am yet received the products. Initially, i thought because of the covid19 probably they have stopped delivery of the products. But recently i found out that they are now receiving online orders and making delivery too. When i tracked my order in their site, i found that it shows 'order received under process' and also it is 'prepaid'. Thereafter for the last so many days i have been trying to contact its customer care but to no effect as nobody lifts the phone there which appears to be deliberate. My efforts at contacting them though the customer care email has failed to elicit any response other than a system ticket no. 324786 on 12 june 20202. My reminders are also not responded too. Today i got another system ticket to my reminder bearing no.324799. The system generated standard reply says the complaint will be answered within 4-8 hours while the reality is it is not answered in more than 2 months. I suspect foul play by the company and this appears to be an attempt to defraud the customer of the money already paid by him. Kindly do the needful to bring the company to books and safeguard the interest of the consumers.
