I have filed multiple cases for fraud against Destek Infosolutions and Mandar Lande - Co-Founder, Director - DhakDhak Pvt Ltd and Mandar Lande - Destek Infosolutions Co-Founder, CEO, Destek Infosolutions Pvt Ltd. These people gave my partners and me Startup and technology pitch and then took money and dissapeared.
This is a fraud company that duped me of 5 Lakhs taken in the name of App development. My app was never delivered and these guys changed office address and ran off with my money. My business is suferring under the Meridukan App I am trying to contact old phone numbers but no one is available. Employees from organization say they have resigned. I am more satisfied Amaon as it only took 40 thousand there and my store is online but Mandar Lande - Destek Infosolutions took 5 Lakh and did not deliver app.

Anirudha Kotgire Avinash, He is a small time engineer who is a sleeping partner in company who depends on doctor wife for income along with cheating clients from Destek Infosolutions.
Mandar Popat Lande, He is a startup fraud who has cases in labor court and consumer court for cheating clients under startup name. 27 employees left without salary, 7 clients left with money and business pending. He harasses employees and keeps female employees back in the office after hours. Employees themselves show evidence of mobile videos of Mandar Lande shouting and abusing employees so you can see what the organization is.

We, at Lawguru, a registered law firm, upon the instructions on behalf of our Client Mr. Mandar Popatrao Lande, C.E.O. & Founder of "M/s. Destek Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd.", state hereby that, the said online websites i.e. "www.complaintlists.com", "www.complaintboard.in" and "www.consumercomplaints.in" have published defamatory contents through their respective online portal i.e. their online websites against my client without confirming about the authenticity of the same.
The contents published therein are totally false and baseless and are published just to defame my client with the sole intention of affecting the business and reputation of my client.
For this purpose, We have also lodged a N.C. (Complaint) before the Vimantal Police Station against the activities of the websites bearing N.C.R. No. 2069/2022 under the provisions of Section 500 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
We, at Lawguru, also state that if any individual, body, incorporation or organization hereafter approach the above mentioned websites or any other website for publishing illegal or false contents against my client’s organization, or against my client individually, a strict legal response will be initiated against them starting with a Police Complaint and followed by court proceedings.
