Due to oil leakage from engine i have given the bike in chatarrpur service center, repair cost 5k

What i found is that after a week, the bike started creating issues: all the lights are not working, horn not working, metre not working. Its regarding my avenger bike service, i usually get my bike serviced at deewan bajaj service workshop situated at maharvir enclave. No professional etiquettes are being followed. People with contacts with staff are entertained first and when this was brought to notice (General manager), his reply was " you will be entertained later i’m going for lunch come on friday and same said by other staff at 3:10pm (Is it lunch time?)

false commitment during purchasing of bike

Receive bike v15 after 4hr making cash payment. Temp rc received after 21days while visiting showroom. Only receive sms for no plate. No call for temp rc and road tax. Commit road tax paper will directly receive at home but not.
Denied to provide copy of insurance of old bike in exchange after paying 800/- as demanded.
Scratch & shineless tank noticed next day bcoz bike received late evening.
