Dear concern,

My name is amiya biswas and i have purchaseda ktm duke 200 from the lajpat nagar ktm showroom on[protected]. Today is[protected] and yet now i have not received my registration number. When asked in the showroom, they said that today they have sent the file for punching in rto. I have been harassed thrice by the traffic police as i am riding without registration number.

This is not the way to deal with a customer as from saturday evening they are saying it everyday that tomorrow you will get your number.

I can not take my bike out as i can not break the honourable laws of govt.
