Dhamaalshop.com — Canceled order received

I have accidentally placed an order on dhamaalshop.com as on 9th May, 2015 Immediately I mailed them to cancel the order at their given mail ID [protected]@dhamaalshop.com It was a Cash on delivery order and my mother paid for the order which i requested to dhamaalshop.com to cancel! Now i don't want this order and i tried to contact them but no proper respond was given by them. Please help me out.
