Till now not received the mediciness. On customer care chat as well as phone they keep on wiait for 30-40 minutes and without any resolution. If you cant handle the load dont advertise. Atleast give right information that how time you will take to answer the call and arrange a call back.
I had ordered essential medicines like insuline and heart disease medicines and they have not yet come and had to buy from local pharmcy at full MRP.
It would have been better that i have continued with my old vendor instead of depending on dhani for discount and eventually after all the hardshoips I had to pay more then what I used to pay earlier. Was this information helpful? |
