DHL Cargo Packers And Movers — House shifting amount blocked

I booked DHL for shifting my goods from one city to other. They insisted me to pay token amount even though my date is not finalized. Suddenly my transfer postponed initially they said they will return token amount but now they are talking so reckless as there is no business from my end and they don't want to return any amount.
