DHL Express India — Refund for double payment for waybill [protected]

I’ve made a payment on April 11 2021 for the customs.This is a one time personal shipment from USA and not business related.Money was debited from my account.But the payment didn’t show up on DHL site. So made another payment on April 12th.Now the payment made on April 11th has been debited from my account and even the bank and phonepe support told that it was successful.I didn’t receive any refund uptill now which is very frustrating as the amount is not small.Have contacted the customer care multiple times now but of no use.This is very irresponsible behaviour.Resolve the issue as soon as possible.
