I have ordered On 17 September 2015, Some party items, As i have not received my AWB Number on 19th September 2015, Started calling, On their customer care number [protected], "The phone was switch off or out of range" was the response i got for the full day. I taught it might be off because it was Saturday. So i mailed them starting that I have not received the AWB No, They responded a Ticket no 8476. with mail

As i have not received any call, then on 21 Sep 2015. i again started calling it was ringing, but no one responding. So again i messaged them The messenger was online this time, but they were also not responding to my message, but sent me another Ticket no 8484. With mail

I taught they had promised the items with in 5 days let me wait for 5 days then call back. Then on 23 again i called it was ringing but no one responding. So again i messaged them saying them that the items have not reached. they gave me another ticket no 8509 with mail
