Digaaz.com — Fake products | |||
Digaaz.Com com are bunch of cheaters. They sell fake products on the pretext of originals. Upon complaining they will happily replace them with more fakes. Is asked for refund, they will ask the customer to provide with authenticity certificate from the brand. This is a fact that no brand will provide such details. This is the loop they exploit to cheat customer. By any logic the seller is to provide authenticity certificate of brand. Or letter of dealership from the brand they are selling. They also go to the extent to calling customers cheaters saying that customers are changing the product with fakes !!! I have never seen a company so full of nonsense. I purchased 2 watches for near;y 40000 rs, they are both poor copies and when I told Digaaz to give me the money back they found all possible excuses, All over the net you can read the same story as mine, but nothing has been done by the Police or the Custom departments, as the goods are from China, and the two Indian directors have gone away and they are getting all the money overseas. The Taxation office, the police and the Custom have been doing nothing since the company started in India over 2 years ago, the Delhi High court ordered to stop operating in January this year and nothing has happen, so much for the court orders!
