Digaaz — Exchange item not received

I had purchased a bottega bag for 15000 rupees, it was spoilt and so I exchanged a bottega bag for a Gucci bag. I was told I would receive it in 5-6 days but I never received the bag. I sent a lot of emails and got no reply. when I went to the website, it was shut down. So basically I don't have any bag for which I had paid the money. The money is with the company
