Digicable Global — Local operater does not provides service

I resides at 15, hem enclave, new subhash nagar, lawyers colony, agra and in this area our service provider name is mrs. Neetu and her no. Is [protected], and unfortunate to say tht 15-20 days i use 2 view my cable in a month.
I used 2 complain regularly 2 her, and no dues stand on me ever..
Shall i go 4 any other cable operator?
Jio fibre line is ready 2 work in our area, but due to relations i m bounded with this digi tv cable operator, the 1 who is in our area.
I m really sorry i m complaining but now its too much. I hve told her 2 disconnect all the wires trrw.
Still, i[censored] consider me till trrw, ill think over it but still i needs an action on this cable operator.
