Hi I am using Digicable connection from last 2 years, the service was provided by Sargam Shop No. 4, Vihang Residency, Plot No. 23 A, Sector 6, Nerul, Navi Mumbai, last month my set top box went faulty, I called up these guys, and they checked the box and told us its faulty and it to be replaced,
There were few options put down for the change of set top box
1) If the box is faulty, then if the box can be repaired, then I have to pay them Rs. 300 and the repaired box will have no warranty
2) If the box is faulty and can not be repaired, then I will have to take a new box that will cost me Rs. 1500 with one year warranty
3) And there was one another option by the Saram guy, he will provide me a second hand box, which will cost me Rs. 700, and when I no more want to use the digicable service, I should return the box ONLY to him, and at that time he will return me Rs. 300, this was some kind of a secret deal
according to him, the above option will only be available with he has an replacement box with him
So if this is happening around, he might have give my faulty box to some other use with the above condition
These guys are cheating the consumers and making money
Its over a month, and still there is no set top box
