DishTV — Not responding and delay in providing service | |||
Sir, I have got fault in my set-top box on[protected]. So i tried in dish tv app to lodge a complain but i failed to be connected with its provided number[protected]. I also chatted with computer assistant but it just also provided the number[protected]. So i used the call me service sendng a message to 57575. I got a phone call from dish tv and explained that my set top box is getting turned off again and again with blinking red light. From yesterday i am unable to watch tv. A reply came to me that we are a lodging a complain with the engineer will call you in an hour with the message in my registered number"dear subscriber, your service request no. Is[protected]. You will be contacted shortly to fix the service appointment. For any query call[protected]." but no contact even after 28 hours. Then someone called me from puri without his identification and was told about the fault. Then he said that we have no set-top box with us. So wait for 4-5 days. Again i was connected wth customer care to contact a senior consultant but it was not happened and i was told that our senior exucative call you in an hour. But still now there is no response from dish tv. I ve attached the messaging screen shot of dish tv. So kindly please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
