However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Unclear company structure. Undefined Roles & Responsibilities from the start. Data availability was available from several sources which made it a challenge to associate the reason to be linked to those sources. This company recently merged with Aspire it services pvt ltd and Aspire previous name is Zenfosys pvt ltd now Aspire it is changed to Dmacq Software pvt ltd in okhla new delhi. Every month aprox 5 to 10 employee resigned this...
