I'm Nikhil, I used to have a loan account (DMI0000*****2) with DMI which I availed through the freecharge application in 2018. Due to some unforeseen medical emergency, I failed to pay EMI on time but later I cleared the amount as per the instructions from the DMI customer care executive by June 2019.
In the year 2020, I tried to apply for a loan then the lender told me that I have an issue with my CBIL for the DMI FINANCE account which was still unpaid.
I took CIBIL Transunion paid account to verify the issues. To my surprise, it's still not closed even though I have paid the entire amount as per DMI customer care instructions. After that
I had a never-ending conversation with DMI customer support. They have even asked the proof of bank statement for which I had paid against DMI Finance and which I shared as per request and they told me that issue has been resolved and will be reflected in CBIL within 60 days.
From that day I was regularly monitoring my CIBIL score and a couple of months later I got another surprise my old account remains open and they have opened a new account (DMI0000*****9) for 10000 rupees in my cibil and put that in the closed state.
Again I started the so-called never-ending mails with DMI Finance (Customer call support is just a myth) and as usual this time they send me the mail issue has resolved. And I keep on checking CIBIL and the surprise never ends they put my original DMI account to WRITE-OFF status and the other account is still open. I'm fed up with Customer care who always says the issue is resolved and every time they make it even worse...
Due to this, I'm having trouble getting a loan and building my own home.[protected] almost 4 years of never-ending struggle and IM FED UP... There is no value for a common man... There is no value in a common man's struggle... Because the world is revolving over the Corporate world...
Just because of the 6837 RS write-off in my CIBIL no bank is ready to give me a home loan. DMI always send me mail notifications to pay the amount which I have already paid years before. I'm ready to pay the amount I already paid to DMI finance because I want to have a home but what guarantee that DMI finance won't cheat me again... Was this information helpful? |
